FACILITY UPGRADES

We have recently installed new outdoor batting cages between the two LL/softball fields. Players are now able to get BP in before games without walking to/from the back building. We’ve also completed the remaining concrete apron around all four fields, giving the entire complex a major upgrade.

High Quality Fields

Our fields include one fully turfed field that can be converted to two LL fields or used for single Pony League, high School, or college level games. We also have one full sized high school field comprised of a turfed infield and natural grass outfield, along with two fully turfed infield/natural grass outfield LL sized fields. Our backstops are all netted instead of fenced, affording the same view and quality of sight you’ll find at pro stadiums. In addition, our fields all include stadium style seating, to maximize comfort and overall spectator experience.

Indoor Training Complex

Iron Horse Sports has constructed a massive indoor training complex within a 300 ft. long by 180 ft. wide clear-span building, reaching 75 ft. in height at center span. Included within our facility is a full size basketball court, a large multi-use area, and a complete baseball field (180′ to left, 260′ to center, and 210′ to right) fully turfed and ready for play. This facility enables Iron Horse to offer winter and early spring baseball and softball for several age groups. This allows for continuous reps and training for kids to take their games to the next level and be fully ready when the summer seasons kick in. In addition to the field there are two batting cages and three pitching mounds, which accommodates a full practice for an entire team.

We are now registering teams for Spring/Summer tournaments. Our tournaments are three game minimum and scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, with Fridays reserved only if needed due to adverse weather forecasts or large numbers of teams participating. When possible, Friday games (if needed) will be scheduled for local teams first in order to minimize extended hotel stays for traveling participants. For more information click here.
